At Source Beauty, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange unopened items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the products are in their original, unopened packaging and place them securely in a shipping box with the original packing slip.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
